   • Stub length for maximum tool strength and
rigidity with small axial depths of cut.
     • Standard length for most applications and
where axial depth of cut exceeds the tool
diameter.
     • Stub flute length with neck relief for improved
rigidity, stability, and part clearance when step
milling pockets and slots.
     • Long reach when standard length is too short
and additional reach is needed.
     • Corner radius tools whenever possible for
maximum strength and tool life.

For milling at high feed rates in carbon steels, stainless steels, tool steels, cast iron, titanium and high temp alloys. The unique vibration dampening geometry of POW*R*FEED produces smooth, silent machining and excellent surface finishes.

 
         
 

For milling hardened tool steels, heat treated steels, and high temp alloys. The combination of high edge strength, increased shearing ability, and heat resistance of the thick TiAlN-X coating make Omega-6® ideal for conventional or high speed machining with exceptional surface finishes.
