Toolex Vise Parallels
For high production setups, Toolex offers the AccuSnap jaw & parallel system. This system works by bolting AccuSnap master jaws to your vise's carrier jaws. Then you have the flexibility to chose from AccuSnap machineable fixture jaws, "V" jaws, mill angles, and parallels that all quickly and easily snap into position dramatically reducing setup time.
AccuSnap parallels come in several heights to meet the needs of your application. These can be purchased as individual sets or as a kit. All AccuSnap jaws and parallels are available in 4", 6", or 8" to fit your specific vise needs.

Hand Retractable Spring Plunger
TE-CO offers a wide selection of hand retractable spring plungers for use in fastening, locating, and positioning applications. One type of hand retractable spring plunger offered is the Delrin@ knob locking type hand retractable spring plunger.
The locking type feature provides users the ability to fully retract and lock the nose of the spring plunger within its body. Also, all threaded spring plungers are available with or without a locking element to hold it in the desired position.

CMM Fixturing Components
TE-CO's 1/4-20 CMM fixturing system includes several standard sizes of alpha numerically labeled aluminum fixture plates, a variety of positioners and locators, and soft touch clamps for light pressure clamping. One locating component offered is our Swivel Joint Rest.
The Swivel Joint Rest is two steel rods connected by a swivel joint that rotates and can be tightened in position using a knurled dial. On one end of one of the rods is a Delrin cone and the other rod is threaded 1/4-20 to be screwed into the fixture plate or a standoff and locked in place with a hex nut.
